SPINACH & RICOTTA RAVIOLI, GARLIC TOMATO SAUCE & BASIL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
- 200 g Marinara sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, shaved
- 0.5 cup basil cut into thin strips
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
START COOKING
In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli with sauce and a 1/3 cup of basil. Plate ravioli and garnish with more fresh basil and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
