PEPPERONI PIZZA RAVIOLI WITH SPICY ARRABBIATA SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Pepperoni Pizza Ravioli
- 200 g Marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
START COOKING
In a large pan heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute longer.
Fold inMarinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions.
Strain and gently toss ravioli with the sauce. Add basil, parsley and stir until well dispersed.
Top ravioli with fresh basil and freshly grated parmesan.
