PEPPERONI PIZZA RAVIOLI, PIZZA SAUCE, MOZZARELLA & PEPPERONI OVEN BAKED

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Giovanni Rana Pepperoni Pizza Ravioli
  • 200 g Marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 150 g mozzarella, shredded
  • 60 g pepperoni, sliced
  • Crushed red pepper & freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano optional

START COOKING

In a bowl combine Marinara sauce, dried oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and sugar. Stir until well dispersed.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions
In a bowl, gently toss ravioli with pizza sauce. (Best if sauce is warm)
Place ravioli in a baking dish then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Preheat oven at 200 °C. Bake ravioli for 15-20 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown. Top with crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese (optional).
