MUSHROOM RAVIOLI, SAUSAGE & GARLIC MARINARA SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Mushroom Ravioli
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, shaved
- 3 sausage links, casing removed
- 170 g Marinara sauce
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
START COOKING
In a large pan heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add sausage and cook for 2 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
Fold in Marinara sauce and bring to a simmer
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions
Strain ravioli and gently toss with the sauce
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley (optional).
