MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES, FRESH BASIL AND OLIVE OIL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Giovanni Rana Mozzarella Ravioli
  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper tt
  • Fresh Basil

START COOKING

In a bowl toss to coat cherry tomatoes with olive oil and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Place tomatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast at 220 °C for 15 minutes or until edges turn brown.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instruction
Place ravioli on the plate and top with roasted tomatoes & fresh basil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
