MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI GRILLED CHICKEN, BUTTER AND BACON BITS

MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI GRILLED CHICKEN, BUTTER AND BACON BITS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Giovanni Rana Mozzarella Ravioli
  • 200 g chicken breast grilled and cut into strips
  • 6 strips of bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 45 g butter, cut into ¼ inch pieces
  • Granulated garlic
  • Salt & pepper

START COOKING

Pan fry bacon. Place on a paper towel. Set aside and keep warm.
Season Chicken breast with granulated garlic, salt & pepper. Grill chicken then cut into 1,5cm strips. Set aside and keep warm.
In a large pan melt butter with 2 tbsp of water on medium low heat. Bring to a simmer. (do not reduce water completely to prevent sauce from separating)
Cook ravioli according to packaging instruction.
Strain and gently toss ravioli with butter sauce.
Plate ravioli and top with Bacon bits and grilled chicken strips.
