INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Mozzarella Ravioli
- 70 g basil pesto
- Freshly Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- Optional toasted pinenuts
START COOKING
Cook ravioli according to package instructions
In a bowl strain and gently toss ravioli with Basil Pesto.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan.
Do not heat Pesto. Use enough pesto to lightly coat ravioli. Adjust sauce consistency with the pasta boiling water if needed.
