ITALIAN SAUSAGE RAVIOLI , RED SAUCE, GREEN PEPPERS, OLIVES & ONIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Italian Sausage Ravioli
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g Marinara sauce
- 300 g green peppers, cut into strips
- 150 g yellow onions, cut into strips
- 70 g black olives/ kalamata olives, pitted
- Salt and pepper tt
- Fresh basil leaves optional
START COOKING
In a large pan heat olive oil. Add green peppers and onion and sauté on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add Marinara sauce and black olives and bring to a simmer.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce.
Add Basil leaves.
