ITALIAN SAUSAGE RAVIOLI, BROCCOLI & GARLIC ALFREDO
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Italian Sausage Ravioli
- 150 g Alfredo Sauce
- 75 g broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 25 g butter
- Parmigiano Reggiano grated optional
START COOKING
In a large pan sauté garlic with butter on low heat to prevent burning
Add Alfredo sauce and bring to a simmer.
Cook broccoli and ravioli in the same pot following packaging instructions.
Strain well and gently toss ravioli and broccoli in the sauce.
Top with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
