INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Giovanni Rana Gnocchi
  • 1 l of tomato sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 175 g of shredded mozzarella
  • 25 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • basil leaves
  • salt

START COOKING

Prepare the sauce by sautéing  a clove of garlic in a little oil, then add the tomato sauce, basil and salt.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. In the meantime bring a large pot of salted water to a boil  carefully add the Gnocchi to the water and cook for 1 minute, then drain.

Pour the Gnocchi into an ovenproof dish, add the tomato sauce with the basil and then the grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Finally, add the mozzarella and a few basil leaves.

Bake the seasoned sorrentina gnocchi in grill mode for 5 minutes at 250 ° C.

Take them out of the oven and serve them piping hot and hot.
