GNOCCHI ALLA SORRENTINA

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Giovanni Rana Gnocchi
- 1 l of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 175 g of shredded mozzarella
- 25 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- basil leaves

START COOKING
Prepare the sauce by sautéing a clove of garlic in a little oil, then add the tomato sauce, basil and salt.
