INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Giovanni Rana Skillet Gnocchi
  • 590 gr butter
  • 1 kg steak
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • arugula salad
  • Parmigiano Reggiano shreeded
  • salt and pepper

START COOKING

Heat the grill well, add a few grains of coarse salt and cook the meat, 5 minutes per side. For cooking, adjust according to the thickness of the meat 

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the gnocchi following the directions on the bag, then set aside.

Remove the meat from the heat and, after a few minutes, cut into small slices of a few centimeters.

Arrange the meat slices on a bed of arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano shavings, season with a drizzle of olive oil and serve, adding the gnocchi as a side dish.
