CHICKEN & ROASTED GARLIC RAVIOLI, SUNDRIED TOMATOES & MOZZARELLA

CHICKEN & ROASTED GARLIC RAVIOLI, SUNDRIED TOMATOES & MOZZARELLA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Giovanni Rana Chicken & roasted garlic Ravioli
  • 2 tbps olive oil
  • 250 g Sundried tomatoes in oil, coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbps fresh parsley, stemmed
  • 100 g mozzarella pearls

START COOKING

In a large pan heat olive with garlic. 
Add sundried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions
Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sundried tomatoes
Top  with mozzarella pearls and fresh parsley.
