CHICKEN & ROASTED GARLIC RAVIOLI, SUNDRIED TOMATOES & MOZZARELLA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Chicken & roasted garlic Ravioli
- 2 tbps olive oil
- 250 g Sundried tomatoes in oil, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbps fresh parsley, stemmed
- 100 g mozzarella pearls
START COOKING
In a large pan heat olive with garlic.
Add sundried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions
Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sundried tomatoes
Top with mozzarella pearls and fresh parsley.
