CARBONARA RAVIOLI CHERRY TOMATO & ALFREDO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Giovanni Rana Carbonara ravioli
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 250 g Alfredo Sauce
- 120 g Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Salt and pepper tt
- Fresh basil, julienne optional
START COOKING
In a small pan heat olive oil on medium high heat
Add cherry tomatoes, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside
In a large pan heat Alfredo Sauce on low heat.
Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce. Top ravioli with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
