BRAISED BEEF RAVIOLI CHIVES & BLUE CHEESE ALFREDO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Braised Beef ravioli
- 30 g butter
- 10 g flour
- 240 ml heavy cream
- 80 g parmesan cheese greated
- 25 g crumbled blue cheese
- 0.5 tsp granulated garlic
- 1.5 tbsp chives, minced
- Salt & pepper tt
START COOKING
In a large pan melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour and cook over medium low for 2-3 minutes.
Slowly stream in the heavy cream while whisking. Whisk until smooth and sauce thickens.
Fold in granulated garlic, parmesan and blue cheese. Season with salt & pepper.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions.
Strain and gently toss ravioli with blue cheese alfredo.
Plate ravioli, top with blue cheese and chopped chives.
