4 CHEESE RAVIOLI, ROASTED RED PEPPER, CREAM SAUCE & GRILLED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana 4 Cheese Ravioli
- 300 g jarred roasted red pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 200 g Alfredo Sauce
- 250 g chicken breast, grilled and cut into strips
- Salt & pepper tt
START COOKING
Drain roasted red peppers from the jar and puree. PUREE: use a blender to puree the peppers.
In a pan combine Alfredo sauce with roasted pepper puree. Bring to a simmer and stir until pepper puree is well dispersed.
Season Chicken breast with salt & pepper. Grill chicken then cut into 1,5 cm strips. Set aside and keep warm.
Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions.
Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with sauce. Plate ravioli and top with grilled chicken strips.
