4 CHEESE RAVIOLI, ROASTED GARLIC, CREAM SAUCE & FRESH SPINACH
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana 4 Cheese Ravioli
- 1 garlic bulb
- 200 g Alfredo Sauce
- 60 g fresh baby spinach
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed nuts (optional)
START COOKING
Preheat oven at 400 F. Cut top off a garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap with aluminum foil and roast for 40 minutes. Let it cool then squeeze out the garlic.
In a pan combine Rana Alfredo Sauce with roasted garlic. Bring to a simmer and stir until roasted garlic is well dispersed.
Cook ravioli according to package instructions
Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce. Top ravioli with fresh baby spinach. Optional add nuts to the dish for a crunchy bite.
