Alfredo sauce (milk, water, modifed corn starch, sunfower oil, wheat four, parmesan cheese [part-skim milk, bacterial cultures, salt, enzymes], chicken stock concentrate [chicken broth, yeast extract, salt, sugar, chicken fat, potato starch, onion powder, natural favours], garlic, natural favours, salt, dehydrated onion, spices, corn maltodextrin, yeast extract, skim milk powder), Pasta (durum wheat four, liquid whole eggs, water), Grilled seasoned chicken breast meat strips (chicken breast meat, water, salt, potato starch, modifed vinegar, rice starch, sugars [dextrose], natural favours, spice), Mozzarella cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt, enzymes), Breadcrumbs (wheat four, yeast, salt, sugar).Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat. May contain: Lobster, Shrimp.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 190ºC (375 F).
2. Remove tray from this outer package. Place the oven-safe tray on a baking sheet in the center of the oven.
3. Bake for 15 minutes. If desired, add a few minutes for extra browning on top.
4. Remove carefully from oven. Caution: product will be extremely hot. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

*If frozen, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 190ºC (375ºF) for 30-35 minutes.
CAUTION: Ovens vary. Cooking time may need adjusting. Do not prepare in toaster oven.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS (1200 W)
1. Remove tray for this outer package. Place the microwave-safe tray in the microwave.
2. Microwave on high (100% power) for 4-5 minutes.
3. Remove carefully from microwave. Caution: product will be extremely hot. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
*If frozen, microwave on 20% power for 7 minutes. Continue cooking on 100% power for 3-4 minutes.

CAUTION: Timing may vary according to the wattage of your microwave (instructions are based on a 1200-watt microwave oven, adjust cooking times accordingly).
