Amazing in three simple steps

Heat 3 L of water. Add a pinch of salt.

Add gnocchi. Cook 2 minutes, unitl all the gnocchi floats to the surface then drain thouroughly.

Toss gnocchi in melted butter or favourite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve.
